Spy program hypocrisy
Re “Lawmakers Hear Details of Spy Program,” Feb. 9
How refreshing to see Rep. Heather A. Wilson (R-N.M.) refuse to march in lock-step with the Republicans on the president’s inability to see what illegal wiretapping does to U.S. citizens. Is this what we are shoving down the throats of Iraqis -- our decent America? How hypocritical. This is why we won’t let the issue drop. Bush has not aided at all in making us safer with illegal wiretapping. Instead, he has shaken us all to our core with the lies of his administration.
