Teen Molestation Ruling Sparks Outrage
From Times Wire Reports
Sexually abusing a teenager is a less serious crime if the girl is not a virgin, an Italian court ruled. It granted the appeal of a man identified as Marco T. who forced his 14-year-old stepdaughter to have oral sex. He now could get a lighter sentence.
“I think we have gone back 50 years,” said Maria Gabriella Carnieri Moscatelli, who aids sexually abused women.
Luana Zanella of the Greens party also blasted the ruling.
