Oklahoma Surges to Win

MANHATTAN, Kan. —
Courtney Paris finished with 22 points and 15 rebounds, and No. 9 Oklahoma used a late 16-4 run to beat Kansas State, 78-64, on Tuesday night.
Oklahoma, 24-4 overall and 14-0 in the Big 12 Conference, had already clinched the regular-season conference championship. Twiggy McIntyre scored 15 for Kansas State (17-8, 7-7).
