Auto Show, swooping silver lines, bullet-nosed fronts and wheels jumbo enough to take to the tarmac might prompt even the savviest of L.A.’s car culture to look twice. The Maserati Birdcage is a stealth operation speeding over the ground, and the BMW’s hydrogen-powered H2R Record Car resembles a lead sled screeching down a white slope. Rev your engines.
