Berkeley Man Accused of Molesting Girl, 9

A Berkeley man has been arrested on suspicion of molesting a 9-year-old girl, police said Monday.
Joseph Bradley Miller, 42, was taken into custody over the weekend at an apartment complex on El Camino Real near Jamboree Road after police received a complaint.
Miller was booked at Orange County Jail on suspicion of performing lewd or lascivious acts with a minor, and bail was set at $100,000.
It is believed that he knows the victim, police said.
