Man Is Charged in Terrorist Attack Threat

Federal prosecutors on Tuesday charged a man with threatening to launch a chemical terrorist attack and sending letters containing a white powdery substance to authorities.
Paul Charles Steeves, 43, of Santa Cruz was arrested after an FBI investigation. Authorities said Steeves posted messages on two websites -- one for Drew Barrymore fans -- threatening to launch an attack Jan. 16.
