Qualcomm Says U.S. Is Probing Nokia

Wireless technology company Qualcomm Inc. said the United States International Trade Commission had launched an investigation into whether Finland’s Nokia Corp. and its U.S. unit engaged in unfair trade practices and infringed six Qualcomm patents.
San Diego-based Qualcomm said it had sought an exclusion order to bar importation of Nokia handsets that might infringe Qualcomm patents.
