Women Plead Not Guilty in Baby’s Kidnapping

Kidnapping suspects Annette Betts Bryant, 47, who also uses the last name Pinkard, and Cynthia Nunn, 53, who also uses the first name Sylvia, pleaded not guilty Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court after being extradited to California from Texas earlier this week.
Bryant and Nunn were arraigned on one count each of kidnapping and child stealing related to a May 22 incident in which 6-week-old Devon Calloway was taken to Texas.
