Suns Extend, End Streak at Dallas

Boris Diaw had 24 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists and helped limit Dirk Nowitzki to three points in the fourth quarter Sunday as the Phoenix Suns extended their winning streak to a season-high 10 games with a 115-107 victory over Dallas that also ended the Mavericks’ club-record 16-game home winning streak.

Nowitzki had 25 points, but went one for five from the field in the fourth quarter.

Indiana 94, Philadelphia 93 -- Stephen Jackson’s uncontested layup with 2.9 seconds left following a shot-clock violation by the 76ers lifted the Pacers at Philadelphia.

Jackson’s defender, Kyle Korver, stumbled as he broke free.

Anthony Johnson had 18 points for Indiana. Allen Iverson scored 33 for Philadelphia.

Cleveland 91, Chicago 72 -- LeBron James scored 37 points -- 27 after halftime -- and the Cavaliers opened the fourth quarter with an 11-0 run at Cleveland. Ben Gordon had 17 points for Chicago.

Houston 102, Portland 84 -- Yao Ming had 32 points and 13 rebounds at Houston to help the Rockets beat the Trail Blazers for the ninth straight time.

Houston’s Tracy McGrady left in the third quarter because of back problems.

Steve Blake scored a career-high 23 points for Portland.

Seattle 113, Utah 81 -- Rashard Lewis led six SuperSonics in double figures with 22 points at Seattle.

Minnesota 103, Golden State 90 -- Kevin Garnett had 23 points and 21 rebounds at Minneapolis to lead the Timberwolves. Jason Richardson scored 36 points for Golden State.

Washington 117, Sacramento 107 -- Antawn Jamison had 31 points at Washington to help the Wizards end a three-game losing streak. Ron Artest had 30 points, five assists and three blocked shots for Sacramento.

Toronto 111, Boston 105 -- Morris Peterson had 27 points at Toronto to help the Raptors end a six-game losing streak. Boston’s Paul Pierce scored 33.
