Compton Man Held in 2 Freeway Slayings

Riverside police said Wednesday that a Compton man has been arrested in connection with a shooting Jan. 22 on the 91 Freeway that killed two people and injured a third.
Jawaun Deion Graham, 20, was arrested in Hawthorne, Nev. He is also a suspect in an unrelated shooting in Riverside that injured two teenagers, said police spokesman Steven Grasher.
In the freeway shooting, Joel Rios, 26, of Moreno Valley and Manuel Gomez, 24, of Anaheim were shot and killed while in a car near the eastbound Madison Street offramp.
