Troy 21, at Middle Tennessee State 20: Omar Haugabook threw two touchdown passes in the final 2:20 to help the Trojans (6-5, 5-1) rally for the victory over the Blue Raiders (7-5, 6-1) in a Sun Belt Conference game at Murfreesboro. Troy can clinch the conference’s berth to the New Orleans Bowl with a victory next Saturday against Florida International. If Troy loses, Middle Tennessee would received the berth. Haugabook completed 30 of 40 passes for 235 yards and had a rushing touchdown.

at Louisiana Lafayette 28, Arkansas State 13: Tyrell Fenroy ran for three touchdowns and a career-high 178 yards in 26 carries to lead the Ragin’ Cajuns (6-6, 4-3) over the Indians (6-6, 4-3) in a Sun Belt game. Fenroy is the first player in Lafayette history with two 1,000-yard rushing seasons.

at Florida Atlantic 31, Florida International 0: Rusty Smith passed for two touchdowns to lead the Owls (5-7, 4-3) over the Golden Panthers (0-11, 0-6) in a Sun Belt game at Miami. Florida International, which plays Troy next Saturday, and Duke are the only winless teams in Division I-A this season.

at Louisiana Monroe 23, North Texas 3: Calvin Dawson rushed for 117 yards in 23 carries and one touchdown to lead the Warhawks (3-8, 2-4) over the Mean Green (3-9, 2-5) in a Sun Belt game at Monroe. North Texas receiver Johnny Quinn completed his career by catching at least one pass in every game in which he played, 47.

at Southern Mississippi 42, Marshall 7: Jeremy Young threw for two touchdowns and ran for another to lead the Golden Eagles (8-4, 6-2) over the Thundering Herd (5-7, 4-4) at Hattiesburg to clinch the Conference USA East Division title and a spot in Friday’s conference title game against Houston.

at Rice 31, Southern Methodist 27: Jarett Dillard scored three touchdowns and the Owls (7-5, 6-2) secured their first bowl appearance since 1961 by defeating the Mustangs (6-6, 4-4) in a C-USA game at Houston. Dillard has caught a touchdown pass in 14 consecutive games, dating to last season.

at Central Florida 31, Alabama Birmingham 22: Kyle Israel completed 19 of 22 passes for 270 yards and two touchdowns and ran for the game-clinching touchdown to lead the Golden Knights (4-8, 3-5) over the Blazers (3-9, 2-6) in a C-USA game at Orlando.

Memphis 38, at Texas El Paso 19: Joseph Doss ran for three touchdowns and the Tigers (2-10, 1-7) defeated the Miners (5-7, 3-5) in a C-USA game. UTEP led only once and finished the season losing five of its last six, costing the Miners a chance at three straight bowl seasons for the first time in school history.

at Missouri 42, Kansas 17: Chase Daniel threw for a career-best 356 yards and four touchdowns to lead the Tigers (8-4, 4-4) over the Jayhawks (6-6, 3-5) in a Big 12 Conference game at Columbia. Missouri, which started the season 6-0, ended a three-game losing streak to Kansas.
