A rock legend, revisited

Bob Dylan and the Forum in Inglewood have crossed paths before, most notably in early 1974 on his tour with the Band that yielded the live album “Before the Flood.” His appearance at the arena this week could never be that momentous, but with the new “Modern Times” continuing his latter-day artistic and commercial resurgence, the bard figures to crank things up for the larger setting. Ditto for Saturday’s follow-up at the Long Beach Arena.
