No. 8 Louisville 24, at Kansas State 6: Hunter Cantwell, starting in place of injured Heisman hopeful Brian Brohm, threw for 173 yards and a touchdown and the Cardinals (4-0) came away with a ragged victory over the Wildcats (3-1) at Manhattan, Kan.

at No. 17 Oklahoma 59, Middle Tennessee State 0: Malcolm Kelly set a school record for receiving and the Sooners (3-1) scored 45 points in the first half in a rout of the Blue Raiders (2-2) at Norman, Okla. Kelly finished with 164 yards receiving, including a record 134 in the first quarter.

at No. 23 Nebraska 56, Troy 0: Marlon Lucky ran for 156 yards and had touchdown runs of 34, 45 and 51 yards to lead the Cornhuskers (3-1) to a rout of the Trojans (1-3) at Lincoln, Neb.

at Missouri 31, Ohio 6: Chase Daniel threw two touchdown passes to Will Franklin and ran for another score to lead the Tigers (4-0) over the Bobcats (2-2) at Columbia, Mo.

at Texas A&M; 45, Louisiana Tech 14: Stephen McGee threw three touchdown passes to lead the Aggies (4-0) over the Bulldogs (1-2) at College Station in a game that started two hours late because of lightning.

at Kansas 13, South Florida 7: Jon Cornish ran for 105 yards and the go-ahead touchdown, and the Jawhawks (3-1) came up with two key interceptions in a victory over the Bulls (3-1) at Lawrence, Kan.

at Texas Tech 62, Southeastern Louisiana 0: Graham Harrell threw for 245 yards and four touchdowns to lead the Red Raiders (3-1) over the Lions (1-3) at Lubbock, Texas.
