Re “Skid Row Police Campaign Debuts,” Sept. 25
How much does it cost our city to have Los Angeles police officers cruise the streets, pick up, book and incarcerate the homeless? I am willing to bet that it is much cheaper to just give each street-dweller money for an inexpensive hotel room.
