Ex-Teacher Gets 1 Year for Sex With Student

A former high school teacher was sentenced Tuesday to a year in jail for having sex with a 16-year-old student and giving him drugs.
Danielle Walls, 27, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The acts occurred when she was a history teacher at Clairemont High School.
