From Times Staff and Wire Reports
Authorities arrested a 31-year-old Rialto High School teacher Monday night on suspicion of conducting lewd or lascivious acts with a minor after he was found with a 16-year-old girl in a remote area of Fontana, police said.
Matthew Cepican of San Bernardino was arrested after officers approached his vehicle and found the pair “in various stages of undress,” said Fontana Police Sgt. Douglas Wagner.
Cepican posted bail Tuesday. He faces two to five years in state prison if found guilty, Wagner said.
