Update -- Eddie Johnson and Jimmy Conrad, who were selected this week for the MLS All-Star game, probably will not arrive back from Copa America in time to rejoin Kansas City tonight. The Wizards are 0-3-2 since Johnson was called up to the U.S. national team for the Gold Cup and stayed with the team through Copa America. Conrad was on the U.S. roster only for Copa America. Galaxy Coach Frank Yallop says striker Carlos Pavon will start after making his debut in the team’s 2-0 win against Chicago on Wednesday. This is the last MLS game for the Galaxy until Aug. 5. The Galaxy will face the Richmond Kickers on Tuesday in a U.S. Open Cup match and then play Tigres UANL and Chelsea FC in World Series of Football games.
