I must note that a new sports season is always time for hope and optimism. That’s why it’s heartening that the Kings, Dodgers and Lakers all have an equal chance of winning the Stanley Cup.

I just received another season-seat renewal form from the Kings. Along with it was an interactive DVD that included the 2006-07 highlights as well as a way to click to renew my seats.

I timed the highlight portion. It lasted 85 seconds.
