* at Philadelphia 8, Cincinnati 7 (10 innings): Jimmy Rollins had four hits, including a game-winning RBI single in the bottom of the 10th inning for the Phillies. Rollins tied the score at 7-7 in the eighth with a two-out triple.
* at Houston 8, Colorado 5 (11 innings): Carlos Lee hit a two-out grand slam in the bottom of the 11th off Rockies closer Brian Fuentes. Troy Tulowitzki homered in the top of the 11th for Colorado, which has lost seven in a row.
* at Florida 9, Pittsburgh 7: Scott Olsen struck out the first five batters and finished with 10 as the Marlins avoided a three-game sweep.
* St. Louis at New York, ppd., rain: The teams will have to set a makeup date since the Cardinals are not scheduled to return to New York.
* Dodgers 9, at Arizona 5: Russell Martin had three hits, including a two-run home run, for the Dodgers.
