Carlos Boozer had 25 points and tied his career high with 21 rebounds, and the Utah Jazz ended a four-game losing streak by defeating the Golden State Warriors, 104-100, on Tuesday night at Salt Lake City.

Deron Williams had 17 assists and scored all 10 of his points in the second half and the Jazz rallied to win and avoid its longest slide of the season.

Paul Millsap added 16 points, including a three-point basket with seven seconds remaining as the shot clock was about to expire.

Al Harrington led Golden State with 27 points.

The Jazz outrebounded the Warriors, 44-30, and had 32 assists to 21, and Golden State’s reserves combined for a total of six points.

Baron Davis had 20 points and seven assists, Jason Richardson scored 21, and Andris Biedrins had 10 points and 10 rebounds for the Warriors.

Boozer became the first Utah player to finish with 20 points and 20 rebounds in a game since 2001.

“I just wanted to go get every one,” he said. “It’s my responsibility to rebound and I focus on doing that.”

Golden State made nine three-point baskets in the first half and had the Jazz scrambling early in the third quarter.

But the Warriors were only 13 for 39 in the second half and Utah was 20 for 31.

“We got tired and when we got tired we stopped concentrating,” Davis said. “It’s frustrating because we had control of the game and we were the aggressor.”

“This was a game where we just needed a little more focus, a little more determination to get over the hump,” Harrington said. “It’s very upsetting because we needed this game.”
