Roth to leave College of Arts
Michael Roth, who has headed the California College of the Arts in Oakland and San Francisco for seven years, will depart in late August to become president of Wesleyan University, his alma mater, in Middletown, Conn.
At CCA, Roth is credited with expanding the San Francisco campus, increasing enrollment and establishing a dozen new academic programs.
An interim management team will lead the college during the search for his successor.
