Daniel’s Place: An article in Monday’s California section about Daniel’s Place, a center for young adults with mental illness, said that Jirina Kyas -- whose son participates in the center’s programs -- was a research scholar at UCLA. She is a former UCLA Regents scholar. The story also said she had studied play therapy. Her research concerned evolutionary psychology and the importance of play.
