* at Philadelphia 2, Pittsburgh 0: Martin Biron stopped 20 shots in his second straight shutout and led the Flyers to a victory that cost the Penguins the No. 1 seeding in the Eastern Conference.

* at New Jersey 3, N.Y. Rangers 2 (SO): The Devils got home-ice advantage for their first-round series against the Rangers as Zach Parise and Patrik Elias gave New Jersey a 2-1 edge in the four-round shootout.

* at Colorado 4, Minnesota 3 (SO): Wojtek Wolski and Joe Sakic scored shootout goals, and Jose Theodore stopped both of the Wild’s shootout attempts, setting up a first-round playoff matchup between the teams.

* St. Louis 4, at Columbus 1: Keith Tkachuk became the 41st player in NHL history to score 500 goals, and added an assist for the Blues. Hannu Toivonen made 35 saves for his first win since Dec. 7.

* at Detroit 4, Chicago 1: Nicklas Lidstrom scored twice to lift the Red Wings. Jiri Hudler had a goal and an assist for the Red Wings, and Mark Hartigan also scored. Dominik Hasek made 26 saves.

* at Dallas 4, San Jose 2: Defenseman Mattias Norstrom’s rare goal put his team ahead for good late in the second period, and the Stars rallied in a physical regular-season finale that included 160 penalty minutes.

* at Ducks 3, Phoenix 2 (SO): Chris Kunitz and Bobby Ryan scored 43 seconds apart in the third period and Ryan Getzlaf had the deciding goal in the shootout for Anaheim.
