Second man charged in deaths

Police said they have charged a second man in the June stabbing deaths of two French students in London.
Daniel Sonnex, 23, of London is to appear in court Monday on two counts of murder, the Metropolitan Police said.
Nigel Farmer, a 33-year-old unemployed man, was earlier charged with two counts of murder in the case.
