Britney Spears’ custody modified

Britney Spears and her ex-husband agreed to a modified custody arrangement for their two sons during a closed-door hearing Tuesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
Commissioner Scott Gordon approved an unspecified change to the visitation schedule for the boys after questioning Spears, 26, and Kevin Federline, who now has custody of the children, according to a court spokesman. The judge also heard from a parenting coach, Lisa Hacker.
Gordon stripped Spears of custody last year, citing evidence of drug and alcohol abuse, but she regained visitation rights in February. The troubled singer and her estate are under the control of a temporary conservatorship since her January hospitalization for psychiatric problems.
At the hearing, Spears said she had rehired attorney Laura Wasser, who resigned as her divorce lawyer last year.
