* at Seattle 7, Texas 3: Kevin Millwood (2-3) gave up nine hits and seven runs in three innings, his shortest start of the season, and lost his 10th consecutive road decision. That ties the franchise record by Joe McClain of the Washington Senators in 1961-62.

* at Oakland 2, Baltimore 1 (10 innings): Emil Brown singled home the winning run for his third hit.

* at Toronto 1, Chicago 0: Matt Stairs homered as the Blue Jays completed a four-game sweep.

* Angels 4, at Kansas City 0: Ervin Santana pitched a four-hitter and struck out nine to improve to 6-0.
