Officers pulled over a vehicle leaving the scene with its headlights off.

The occupant, who was shirtless and sweating profusely, jumped out and began walking rapidly toward an officer, Reynoso said. After he ignored several commands to stop, the officers Tasered and subdued him, Reynoso said.

The homeowner who called in the initial report said the suspect matched the description of the man breaking windows and yelling, Reynoso said.
