Update -- The Ducks’ Ryan Getzlaf had an assist in Friday’s loss to the Dallas Stars, giving him points in nine consecutive games -- six goals and 12 assists. His 19 points this season tie him for second in the NHL. Teemu Selanne also has a nine-game point streak, with eight goals and six assists in that span. The Ducks’ Chris Pronger has 14 points, tying him for the league lead among defensemen. Florida was 0-4-1 in the five games before facing Phoenix on Saturday. The Panthers were only five for 48 on the power play through Friday. They will be without defenseman Bryan Allen (knee) and forward Cory Stillman (concussion). The Ducks’ Brad May (strained knee) is unavailable. Teammate George Parros returned Friday after missing three games with an eye injury.
