Rene Bourque scored twice and linemate Curtis Glencross had a goal and two assists for the Calgary Flames, who beat the Kings, 6-2, Tuesday night.

Former King Craig Conroy, the third member of that trio, had three assists.

Ex-King Mike Cammalleri, Jarome Iginla and David Moss also scored for Calgary, which has won three of four games after losing five of seven.

Alexander Frolov and Anze Kopitar scored for the Kings.

Bourque’s first goal came with 1 minute 31 seconds left in the first period after he carried the puck through center ice and raced into the Kings’ zone. He ripped a wrist shot into the top corner from 30 feet.

He scored 9:20 into the third period to make it 6-1.

Miikka Kiprusoff made 24 saves, but his shutout bid ended 3:38 into the third period when Frolov one-timed in a centering pass from Wayne Simmonds. It was the fifth short-handed goal given up by the Flames this season.

Trailing, 2-0, after 20 minutes, the Kings got into more trouble early in the second period when 11 seconds into a penalty kill, Michal Handzus backhanded a puck into the crowd for a delay-of-game penalty.

The Flames took advantage of the two-man advantage with Iginla sliding in a rebound off the end boards after Dion Phaneuf’s slap shot sailed wide of the net and caromed sharply out the other side where Iginla had an empty net.

Making his 10th consecutive start, Erik Ersberg was pulled from the Kings net at 10:07 of the second period after Glencross made it 4-0. Ersberg gave up four goals in 18 shots. Jason LaBarbera replaced him and made 15 saves over the last 30 minutes.

Calgary opened the scoring when its newly formed No. 1 line connected at 9:11 of the first period.

Breaking down the right wing, Matthew Lombardi fired a cross-ice pass to Iginla, who had the puck knocked off his stick, but Cammalleri was there to snap in his sixth goal.
