The Halloween event to talk about: “Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog.”

Fifteen dollars gets you into the Regency Fairfax Theatres’ screening of Joss Whedon’s three webisode-long musical about an aspiring baddie Dr. Horrible (Neil Patrick Harris) and his quest to get into the Evil League of Evil. (To say any more than that would involve major spoilers -- it’s only 45 minutes long!) Attendees are encouraged to dress in costume, sing along -- “no buffering pauses, guaranteed.” (Friday)

In the mood for something truly scary? Try talking about: “Bizarre Foods With Andrew Zimmern.”

Fried creepy critters? Live wiggling worms? We can handle that. But this week, the writer-turned-food show host Zimmern is serving up some real horrors in his 10 p.m. Halloween-themed special on the Travel Channel. Direct quote (while munching): “Oh, this is . . . furry.” (Thursday)

Hell hath no fury like Pink, so there should be some good stuff to talk about in: her new album “Funhouse.”

Breaking up isn’t easy, but separating from motocross star Carey Hart gave Pink her first solo No. 1 hit in the kiss-off romp “So What.” (Yeah, it’s a Max Martin production, but so what?) Looks like the short-cropped rocker’s still got some rage left. (Tuesday)

First, it was the Disney Princesses. Now the kids will talk about: “Tinker Bell.”

She speaks! Peter Pan’s silent purveyor of pixie dust gets a voice and her own direct-to-DVD film, a prequel telling the story of what her life was like before she hooked up with Neverland’s boy wonder. (Tuesday)

You should talk about: John Legend’s “Evolver.”

The latest disc from the sexy soul man enlists the help of Andre 3000 on the lithe first single “Green Light,” a slightly more up-tempo gem from Legend that proves his silky smooth grooves can not only lead to the bedroom but also the dance floor. (Tuesday)
