Crow plans benefit concert

Singer and breast cancer survivor Sheryl Crow will perform a free concert at L.A’s Wiltern theater on Oct. 10 to raise awareness and celebrate the 10th anniversary of Yoplait’s “Save Lids to Save Lives” program.

For each special pink yogurt lid saved and mailed in by Dec. 31, Yoplait will donate 10 cents to Susan G. Komen for the Cure, up to $1.5 million, with a guaranteed donation of $500,000.

Supporters can call (877) MY-TEN-LIDS and order up to two free tickets per household to the show. Tickets will be distributed by mail and attendees are asked to present 10 pink Yoplait lids at the door with their ticket.
