Finally, a game UCLA should be favored to win. The Bruins might be off to their worst four-game start since 1983, but they showed improvement (read: semblance of a running game, some steady quarterback play) in a 36-31 loss to Fresno State. Washington State, on the other hand, was blitzed, 63-14, by Oregon. The Cougars have been outscored, 129-17, in two Pacific 10 Conference games.
