Worcester police said that a baby girl who was cut from her mother’s womb has been found alive, and two people have been arrested in the woman’s killing.
Police said the infant was hospitalized in fair condition.
Julie Corey, 35, and an unidentified man were arrested in Plymouth, N.H., after friends became suspicious. The baby’s mother, Darlene Haynes, 23, was eight months pregnant. She was found dead in her Worcester apartment Monday.
