AT SKY BLUE FC

Time: 4 PDT.

On the air: none.

Where: Rutgers University, Piscataway, N.J.

Records: Sol 7-1-3, Sky Blue 2-5-2.

Record vs. Sky Blue: 2-0.

Update: Holding first place in Women’s Professional Soccer and riding a six-game unbeaten streak, the Sol takes on a team it already has shut out twice this season. The Sol’s French star, Camille Abily, leads the league in scoring with six goals and one assist. Only two Sol players, midfielder Aya Miyama and defender Stephanie Cox, have played every minute of every game, or 990 minutes each. The Sol will be without Chinese forward Han Duan, who has an injured right leg, and backup goalkeeper Val Henderson, who has a left hip injury. Former University of San Diego goalkeeper Brittany Cameron will replace Henderson behind starter Karina LeBlanc. Still tinkering with its roster more than halfway through the season, the Sol on Friday signed forward Julia Schnugg to a developmental contract. A former Florida State and Cal player, Schnugg, 24, most recently played for the California Storm of the Women’s Premier Soccer League.
