at No. 25 South Carolina 28, Kentucky 26: Stephen Garcia threw for three touchdowns and ran for another, and the Gamecocks (5-1, 2-1) stopped a potential tying two-point conversion in the fourth quarter to beat the Wildcats (2-3, 0-3), keeping Coach Steve Spurrier a perfect 17-0 against Kentucky.

at Tennessee 45, Georgia 19: Jonathan Crompton passed for a career-high 310 yards and threw for four touchdowns, leading the Volunteers (3-3, 1-2) to a win over the Bulldogs (3-3, 2-2). It was Coach Lane Kiffin’s first SEC victory and kept the Volunteers from going 0-3 in the league for a second season in a row.

at Army 16, Vanderbilt 13 (OT): Alex Carlton kicked a 42-yard field goal in overtime, giving the Black Knights (3-3) a victory over the Commodores (2-4).
