Jeremiha Hunter got his hand on Hallgren’s attempt on second down to preserve the win.

at Michigan State 44, Montana State 3: Kirk Cousins threw three touchdown passes and Keith Nichol threw two for the Spartans.

at Michigan 31, Western Michigan 7: Tate Forcier threw three touchdown passes and Denard Robinson ran for a score before halftime for the Wolverines.
