P.O.V.: Filmmaker Robert Kenner’s Oscar-nominated “Food, Inc.” documentary reveals how sick animals, environmental degradation, tainted and unhealthy food, and obesity and other health issues are part of the centralized system of food production (9 p.m. KCET).
