Stornoway The English indie-folk band takes its name from a port city on a Scottish island originally inhabited by Vikings, but its winsome and aching take on rustic acoustics and pop arrangements on the band’s 4AD debut, “Beachcomer’s Windowsill,” is decidedly more inviting than an ax to the skull. And Everything Is Going Fine Steven Soderbergh’s documentary on the late writer and performer Spalding Gray captures him at both his most manic and depressive.
