Gym finances: A Business article Monday about the financial challenges faced by independent gyms said 2009 revenue for the Claremont Club in Claremont declined 11% from the year before. Its revenue declined 0.65% last year.

New York governor: In an article in Tuesday’s Section A about Internet rumors about Gov. David Paterson, he was described as the first African American governor. The story should have said he is the first African American governor of New York.

Apartment smoking: A story in the Feb. 3 LATExtra section about a push to ban smoking on apartment balconies and patios in Santa Monica said Belmont is in Santa Clara County. It is in San Mateo County.

Michael Jackson: A story in Monday’s LATExtra section about Michael Jackson’s personal physician said that at the time of his death, the singer had not performed in concert for a dozen years. Jackson last toured in 1997, but he gave two concerts at Madison Square Garden in 2001.

Vancouver’s homeless: An article in Wednesday’s Section A about the problem of homelessness in Vancouver, Canada, identified a police superintendent as Bud Lemcke. His name is Warren Lemcke.

Credit unions: The Money Talk column in Sunday’s Business section about the benefits and drawbacks of credit unions gave an incorrect address for a website where people can search for a credit union to join. The correct address is www.findacreditunion.com.

Angles Gallery: The Galleries listings in Sunday’s Arts & Books section for the exhibit “Tom LaDuke: Auto Destruct” at Angles Gallery gave an old address in Santa Monica for the gallery. The correct address is 2754 S. La Cienega Blvd. in Los Angeles.
