LeBron James and Cavaliers get best of Dwyane Wade and Heat

Share

LeBron James hit two free throws after a scary tumble with 4.1 seconds left, and Dwyane Wade missed a jumper at the buzzer as the East-leading Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Miami Heat, 92-91, Monday night.

Wade finished with 32 points, all but two of them in an epic first-half shootout between him and James, who had 22 of his 32 points before halftime. But Wade missed two free throws with 41.2 seconds left, then had the ball stolen by James, a play that set up the collision among James, Wade and Miami’s Quentin Richardson, whose foul put James at the line for the winning free throws.
