The Rev. Paul Sawyer: The obituary in Sunday’s California section of the Rev. Paul Sawyer, a Unitarian Universalist minister and activist who was arrested for blocking the gates of San Quentin State Prison in 2004 before the execution of convicted quadruple murderer Kevin Cooper, said that Cooper was executed in 2004. Just hours before his scheduled execution, Cooper won a reprieve from the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals on a technicality. In November 2009, Cooper lost his last appeal when the U.S. Supreme Court refused to review his case. He remains on death row.

Unreal World: A column about the show “Miami Medical” in Monday’s Health section omitted the name of the actress playing neurosurgeon Abby Sandoval. The actress is April Grace.

“Friday Night Lights”: An article in Friday’s Calendar section about Emmy nominations for the series “Friday Night Lights” misspelled the first name of Emmy-nominated writer Rolin Jones as Robin.

Milk: An article about milk consumption in Monday’s Health section said that Baylor College of Medicine is in Waco, Texas. It is in Houston.

Small design firms: In Sunday’s Image section, an article about how local independent fashion companies are coping with tough economic times said that L.A. design firm Smoke & Mirrors moved from a rented space to be an at-home operation. The firm later moved back to rented space in Los Angeles.

Fashion Diary: In Sunday’s Image section, a Fashion Diary column on the California Design Biennial said the exhibition includes a dress that was made by designer Michael Schmidt for Debbie Harry and is covered in 300 razor blades. The dress has about 3,000 razor blades.
