It’s almost time to vote. The Times interviewed more than 70 candidates and ballot measure supporters and opponents, and studied the issues and arguments in order to offer our best recommendations. Tuesday’s election includes partisan primaries for statewide offices, nonpartisan primaries for one statewide and numerous local offices including Superior Courts, five California ballot measures and many local measures.
