Pay cuts for city workers: A caption with a photo that accompanied Steve Lopez’s column in the March 10 Section A about proposed pay cuts for Los Angeles city employees referred to Michael Hunt as a city worker. Hunt, who was shown in the photo receiving cheers from the audience after addressing the L.A. City Council, is not employed by the city.

L.A. Marathon: A listing of top age-group finishers in the Los Angeles Marathon in Monday’s Sports section reported that Paula Petrella placed first among women 40 to 44. She did not run in the event. Lisa Fink of Newhall was first in that age group.

High school basketball: In Monday’s Sports section, a Day in Sports item named five local girl basketball players who were selected as All-Americans by Parade magazine. The item left out Ariya Crook-Williams of Long Beach Poly, who made third-team All-America.

‘X-Men’: An article in Sunday’s Calendar section about the first “X-Men” film included three instances in which producer Lauren Shuler Donner’s last two names were reversed.

Dance tours: An information box accompanying a March 21 Travel section article on Los Angeles-based dance troupes that take trips overseas said airfare was not included in the Bahia travel program of Los Angeles-based Viver Brasil. The $3,350 price, based on double occupancy, includes round-trip airfare to Salvador Bahia, Brazil.

On the Spot: The Travel section’s March 21 On the Spot column, which discussed methods of notifying passengers about delays or changes in departure times and other information, reported that Varolii, a company that creates notification software, had designed a system for United Airlines. It has not. It has designed for Delta, Northwest, JetBlue and Southwest.

Energy project: A photo in Tuesday’s LATExtra section showed Interior Secretary Ken Salazar touring the NextEra Harper Lake Solar Electric facility in Hinkley, Calif., with T.J. Tuscai, NextEra’s chief operating officer, and Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger. The accompanying headline, “Harnessing the Wind,” erred in its description of the facility, which uses the sun’s energy, not wind, to generate electricity.

‘Soundsuits Under the Stars’: The Happening Monday list in Monday’s Calendar section said Nick Cave’s “Soundsuits Under the Stars” event at UCLA’s Fowler Museum was taking place that night. It is scheduled for 8 to 11 p.m. May 22.
