Ducks tonight

AT DALLAS

When: 6 PST.

Where: American Airlines Center.

On the air: TV: Prime Ticket; Radio: 830.

Records: Ducks 10-7-2; Stars 8-7-0.

Record vs. Stars: 2-0-0.

Update: After Sunday’s 3-2 overtime loss to the Chicago Blackhawks, the Ducks will try to extend their point streak to eight as they take on the Stars in the second of three games on the road. The teams last met Friday in Anaheim, a game the Ducks won, 4-2. The Stars are back on home ice and are no doubt glad after suffering three losses in a row on the road. The Ducks surged this month, though. Since Nov. 1, they are 6-0-1 for a .929 win percentage. Even rookie defenseman Cam Fowler has a streak going: four assists in his last three games. But the Ducks are still without center Kyle Chipchura (concussion) and defenseman Andy Sutton (broken thumb) while center Todd Marchant is day to day with an undisclosed upper body injury. Winger Troy Bodie, who signed with Anaheim in 2008 as a free agent, was placed on waivers Monday.
