Festival of the Cranes

When, where: Nov. 16-21, Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge

Highlights: During this mass honoring of one of the world’s most majestic flying creatures, there will be tours, hikes and exhibits, plus plenty of experts to assist. Workshops and lectures will focus on bird identification, photography and art.
