Southern California: The more you stay, the more you save at five Joie de Vivre hotels
At last, a reward just for sleeping. Joie de Vivre, which runs a string of five boutique hotels in Southern California, is making this offer: The more hotels you stay at, the more you save – with 40% off your room rate and a meal at the fifth hotel.
The deal: The Southern California Dreamin’ Passport applies to rooms at the Shorebreak in Huntington Beach, the Angeleno in Brentwood, the Pacific Edge in Laguna Beach, the Erwin in Venice Beach and the Custom Hotel near Los Angeles International Airport.
For a first hotel stay, you get a free appetizer or dessert when you buy an entrée. A second hotel stay takes 10% off the room rate and a meal at the hotel; a third, 15% off; a fourth, 30% off; and for the last and fifth hotel stay, 40% off the room rate and meal.
When: Good for stays from Nov. 1 to March 31, but you must reserve by Feb 1.
Details: So how does this deal work? Joie de Vivre issues you a “passport” (see above), and each time you stay at one of the five hotels, you receive a sticker. For those enrolled in the hotel chain’s loyalty program, the Joy of Life Club, each stay earns double points.
You can’t combine this discount with any other special rates at the hotels, and the percentage discounts off the room and dinner tab exclude tax, gratuity and beverages.
Contact: Go to Joie de Vivre or call the individual hotel to make a reservation.
