Looking for a way to celebrate your independence in Sin City? Las Vegas is hosting fireworks, fights and four-day parties this holiday weekend.
UFC Fight Week
On Saturday, reigning champ Anderson Silva faces off against undefeated challenger Chris Weidman for the UFC 162 middleweight championship at the MGM Grand.
The festivities for Fight Week kick off on Wednesday with parties, weigh-ins, open workouts and a fan expo with bouts between world-class Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu masters. Or maybe an interactive training session with UFC champ-turned-”Entourage” actor Chuck Liddell is more your speed.

Hundreds of miles from the coast, the Rhumbar offers a Caribbean-inspired oasis with views of the Strip and a menu of innovative cocktails, such as their pineapple chipotle margartia.
Come Thursday for the first night of a four-day party on Rhumbar’s 2,600-square-foot patio, with deejays, hookahs and the Chonga, a 32-ounce margarita with two upside-down 7-ounce Sol beers.
