SW Steakhouse
A restaurant so good Steve Wynn puts his initials on it? This is it. SW is sleek, sophisticated and nestled beside the Lake of Dreams (prime real estate for water-show watching), but the main draw of this upscale eatery is the food — the steak, to be exact. Bone-in rib-eye, a porterhouse for two, chef David Walzog’s signature braised Kobe-style beef short ribs — all of it finger-licking good. Top your beef with Maine lobster, fois gras or blue cheese. Then end your meal on a sugar high, with the restaurant’s signature dessert: funnel cake served six at a time on the branches of a decorative tree, surrounded by fresh giant strawberries, chocolate sauce and caramel. What more could you want?
