Sarah Michelle Gellar and her husband, Freddie Prinze Jr., have listed their home in Bel-Air at $5.499 million.
The traditional-style house, built in 1991, features a gym, an office, a sun room, five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms within its 7,620 square feet of living space.
The family room has a drop-down screen and projector, 15-foot ceilings, a fireplace and French doors. There are also fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom.
The nearly half-acre grounds include patio space, waterfalls, a swimming pool, a spa and a barbecue.
A spacious retreat in the woods
Geller, 36, stars on the series “The Crazy Ones” with Robin Williams. Her film work includes “The Grudge” (2004), “Cruel Intentions” (1999) and “I Know What You Did Last Summer” (1997), on which Prinze also starred. She won a Daytime Emmy for her role on “All My Children.”
Prinze, 38, is a producer and director for World Wrestling Entertainment. He was on the series “24” and “Freddie.”
The property was purchased in 2001 for $2.45 million.
