Robert Pattinson’s Los Feliz home listing goes live
It’s live. The Los Feliz home of Robert Pattinson, who stars as a vampire in the “Twilight” films, has appeared on the Multiple Listing Service at $6.75 million – the same price at which it was recently being shopped as a pocket listing.
And what a designer-done house it is.
The 1922 Spanish Colonial contains 4,026 square feet of space adorned with antiqued tile and stone, arched ceilings and doorways and hand-carved wood and stenciled ceilings. There’s a library/study, a den, two fireplaces, three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a basement.
The 1.5-acre grounds include fountains, waterfalls, a swimming pool and “many areas for soulful contemplation,” according to the listing. “Awe inspiring without being overwhelming.”
Pattinson, 27, will leave the world of the undead and play a mortal in the upcoming film “Rover.” He also starred last year in “Cosmopolis” and “Bel Ami.”
He bought the home two years ago for $6.25 million.
